Whether it's the fried chicken, mac and cheese, or collard greens, everything is consistently delicious and packed with that homemade taste. While I love their takeout, I do wish they'd serve the food like they used to at the DC location--it had more of a sit-down, restaurant feel that I miss. Still, for takeout, it's a fantastic option that always hits the spot when you're craving good, hearty soul food. ”
